About Gladys

I was born in Cuba in 1968, I completed my education through elementary school, middle school and graduated from high school, In 1991, I earned a bachelor's degree in English Language , which helped me develop strong communication skills , writing , reading and interpersonal skills . I moved to the United States in 2015 and have gained valuable experience working in different industries and multicultural environments . I have worked in housekeeping , where I proved to be very hardworking responsible , organized, and detailed - oriented. I also worked iat UPS in Louisville Kentucky until December 2025, performing well in a fast - peace and demanding setting. I am a hardworking , responsible, honest , reliableand respectful person with a strong work ethic positive attitude and willingness to learn . I recently relocated to Florida and I am highly motivated to continue growing professionally and contributing my skills.
