I can recommend Gloria without hesitation. After my Mom fell in the house and broke her femur over a year ago we needed someone 24/7 to help my Mom stay in her own home. We have two care givers, including Gloria, and they handle different days of the week. Gloria always arrives on time and has a very positive attitude. My Mom is on oxygen, has bad eyesight and hearing and because of her teeth, must eat only soft foods. She is now wheelchair bound around the house. Oh, did I mention she is 104. She needs a lot of help yet does not like people 'hovering' over her. Hence, Gloria gives her space yet is always within earshot. If my Mom needs something, Gloria is always right there to help. Part of Gloria's duties include sleeping in the same room with my Mom and keeping one ear open all night for when my Mom wakes up and needs help going to the bathroom. Gloria also prepares meals for my Mom, keeps the kitchen clean, and does other light house keeping. I am staying in the house too and enjoy having Gloria here. She is smart and honest and just a good all-around person. I highly recommend her.
