Our family had Gloria lined up to care for my father who is battling brain cancer. We were impressed by her skills, personality, and expression of care. Unfortunately, he ended up in the hospital and then a skilled nursing facility before Gloria could start. She offered to come visit, which we thought was great and set that up. Then things changed again, and we had to move him to a long term care facility where he would receive hospice. While we were debating between home care and a facility, Gloria was incredibly flexible and offered to even help with overnights if we needed it. Even though we didn't end up hiring Gloria, our experience through the process was exceptional!
