My approach is patient and calm, and I am friendly and approachable. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I provide verbal updates at pickup and regular communication via text or phone. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am also happy to help with light housekeeping.
