About Goldie

I'd describe my personality as caring, empathetic & kind. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy being around people with a lot of knowledge. Admittedly, It takes experience to get that information out of those with cognitive decline. I'm looking for a job that offers what I'll give to the family: Respect, kindness and professionalism. I started caring for seniors when I finished training in a Medical Assistant Course with home health aide certifications over a decade ago. In my spare time, I like to listen to music. Right now I'm involved in poetry and taking Elder care courses through BCL. Also I have a Senior Care Consulting Business to better serve "sandwich moms". One thing you should know about me is that I am able & willing to go above & exceed reasonable expectations. Also I have references that speak to my strengths as a senior caregiver. My skills include interpersonal dialogue, games (cards, dominoes, etc) and helping them to remain physically active.
