Hello, I'm Grace! I'm an experienced childcare professional with a background as a nanny, assistant teacher, and assistant director of a childcare center. I have experience caring for children from newborn through 17 years old, including twins, and have worked alongside early intervention specialists to support diverse developmental needs. I enjoy creating structured, engaging days that include educational activities, creative play, outdoor exploration, and consistent routines such as sleep schedules, potty training, and learning support. I'm also happy to help with meal prep, light housekeeping, and pet care.
