Grace watched out 2 and 4 year old for 6 months at a time where I was very nervous to have someone new because we had had our previous nanny for 4 years but she made the transition so easy and smooth! She showed up on the expected days, never called in sick, and was flexible with her schedule. Grace is a very calm presence and she is extremely gentle and loving with the kids. We were very sad to see her go when it was time for her to move on but know another family will be lucky to have her!
