30 years of experience have equipped me with the skills to provide compassionate care to adults and seniors. My background as a Licensed Practising Nurse, coupled with some graduate school experience, allows me to support well-being and independence effectively. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I build connections by understanding individual preferences and personal history. I can de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion or agitation, and incorporate memory care activities when needed. I offer transportation, run errands, shop, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following the family's preferred method. Supporting families by being a reliable care option is important to me. I find immense joy in making a positive difference in someone's life.
