About Grace

Hi, my name is Grace. I've been a nanny for 8 years. Before that, I taught preschool for 3 years, primarily using the Reggio Emilia and Montessori methods. I've cared for children ages newborn up to 8 years, but most of my experience is with ages 0-3. Throughout my career I have helped families with lots of different things! I have transitioned babies from bassinet to crib to bed, helped to sleep and potty train, and introduced solids using various methods. I've helped children practice emotional regulation and introduced the concepts of cleaning up, personal hygiene, and cooperative play. I have planned many enriching trips and experiences outside the home, and made several thousand different crafts, projects, experiments, and sensory experiences for all ages, which is probably my favorite thing to do! Watching and helping children learn, grow, and become their best selves brings so much joy to my life! I would be honored to care for your child and help introduce them to the world!
