My name is Grisell, and I bring over two decades of dedicated childcare experience to the table. For more than 21 years, I successfully managed a licensed family daycare, providing nurturing care to multiple children aged between 40 days and 3 years old. During this time, I maintained a safe and stimulating environment, fostering the growth and development of each child in my care. In addition to my extensive daycare experience, I have also served as a professional nanny for the past four years In this role, I implemented personalized therapeutic strategies and activities, promoting the child's independence and managing behaviors effectively.
