My calling to care for others stems from a genuine passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. Three years of experience in the field have solidified my desire to positively impact their lives. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I hold current CPR and First Aid Training certifications. My approach is patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I provide live-in care, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have experience supporting individuals with dementia, adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is paramount to me.
