Hi! I'm Gwen. I am 24 years old and recently moved to Bend after graduating from the University of Oregon. I am looking for a part-time nanny role with a wonderful family! I value play and curiosity in childcare. I have a background in improvisation and leadership, including holding a workshop teacher position on my university's improv team. In that role I would design and instruct games. While looking after kids, I love being outside and active with them, as well as engaging them in enrichment activities! I am currently a Cross Country and Track Coach at a local high school in Bend.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Gwen care for our two-year-old daughter during spring break, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Gwen watched our daughter for long days (8–10 hours at a time), and she brought incredible energy, creativity, and positivity every single day. She was so fun and fully engaged—whatever activity our daughter was excited about, Gwen jumped right in with her. Whether it was walks outside, playing with bubbles and balls, doing art projects, or just being silly and imaginative, Gwen made every moment enjoyable. What really stood out was Gwen’s ability to balance fun with thoughtful care. She gently encouraged our daughter to use the potty, which was incredibly helpful for us, and handled everything with patience and encouragement. Even during toddler tantrums (as they inevitably happen), Gwen remained calm, steady, and kind. She never seemed rattled and always maintained such a positive, upbeat attitude. Gwen’s demeanor is truly exceptional—she is warm, attentive, and consistently in great spirits. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing our daughter was not only safe, but genuinely happy and thriving in her care. Hands down, Gwen is the best caregiver we’ve ever had. We would recommend her to absolutely anyone without hesitation.
