About Hailey

Hi! My name is Hailey. I worked with students on the autism spectrum or other disabilities in a school setting for about 3 years. I decided to transition to nannying/ house management full time and have worked with several families with children from 10 months to 16 years old! I am able to provide excellent references from my time with the families I have worked for. I am currently enrolled in college online pursing my bachelors in psychology. I am a calm and positive person and I love to encourage kids to be their best! I love to take kids out on adventures to the park or the local library a few times a week and prioritize teaching them responsibility and compassion for theirselves and others. I use gentle parenting techniques with an emphasis on natural consequences, communication, and emotional regulation. I am comfortable handling a wide range of household chores including caring for pets, preparing meals, and other tasks.
