About Hailey

I can't remember animals ever not being in my life. I was a member of the 4-H horse club from the day I was old enough until the day I aged out. I showed horses up to the national level, and while there were glamorous aspects, countless hours of care, maintenance and medical attention went into making this possible. I was a founding member of my district's Pet Pals 4-H club, which focused on training animals to go into medical facilities in order to comfort patients. My dog Bandit became Canine Good Citizen certified and loved visiting with residents at assisted living facilities. In college, I minored in Animal Science and excelled in classes on animal behavior, companion animals and equine sciences. Today, I have 3 dogs, 2 cats and 4 horses, and assist my neighbor with her horses and donkeys. I am adaptable to many dog personalities, and would love to do farm sitting. I am looking for a job that allows me to help other pet owners take care of their fur family members.
