For over 13 years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors. My motivation stems from a deep passion for supporting their well-being and independence, building on positive experiences in previous roles and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable, and I understand the importance of respecting independence when connecting with those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with empathy. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. As a home health aide, I would love to help your loved ones with daily living tasks! I provide respite care, live-in home care, transportation, hospice services, and more. I also have experience with dementia, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I am CPR and First Aid trained, and have some college experience.
