I've always had a passion for caring for children. I feel like I can instantly connect with any kid and make them feel comfortable and safe in my care. I'm patient and calm, friendly and approachable, and, most importantly, responsible. I always make sure to keep parents in the loop about their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call, whichever parents prefer. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I have no problem with that. I believe in setting clear boundaries and expectations for children and making sure they understand the consequences of their actions. I love playing games with children, whether it's outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, or even technology-based games and apps. With one year of experience under my belt, I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time. I'm also CPR-trained, which gives parents added peace of mind.
