About Hailey

Making a difference in the lives of others fuels my passion for senior care. For the past 10 years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate and reliable support to adults and seniors, as well as offering peace of mind to their families. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I provide transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping. I also offer personal care, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support with physical activity. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I prioritize understanding each individual's unique preferences and history. I am patient and calm and can de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate with families through written daily reports, and I follow their preferred communication methods.
