About Hailey

Throughout my college and volunteer experiences, I have consistently worked with students across multiple grade levels and learning environments. I began as an after-school tutor, helping elementary students with homework, reading skills, and hands-on learning activities. I later served as a Data Analytics Instructor for MAPSCorps, guiding high school students through research design, data collection, and basic statistical analysis. Most recently, I taught a small class of rising second-graders during summer school, where I supported their academic growth and confidence. These diverse roles strengthened my ability to teach, mentor, and adapt to the unique needs of each student.
