About Halea

Hi my name is Halea! From an early age I discovered my passion for nurturing young minds and supporting families. My 7 plus years of experience caring for children aged new born to teens has solidified this calling. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at one time. I take developmental, age-appropriate approach to care. Encouraging fine motor skill development through sensory stimulation play, incorporating language & literacy play, and planning intentional activity time tailored to each child's stage and needs. I also encourage creativity, crafts, games, and outdoor activities to keep kids engaged and growing. I am happy to assist with light household support including cooking, cleaning, and laundry, to keep your home running smoothly. I always follow a parents lead and communication preferences. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have a reliable car, and am comfortable with pets. I am excited to bring my vivacious and friendly personality to your family.
