About Haley

Hello, my name is Haley and I am 29 years old! I have over six years of hands-on experience managing a gym drop-off daycare, where I created a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for children of all ages. In this role, I supervised daily activities, ensured each child's safety, and built strong relationships with both children and parents. Prior to that, I worked as a nanny, providing one-on-one care and support for children in a home setting. This experience helped me develop a strong understanding of individual needs, routines, and the importance of consistent, attentive care. I am CPR and lifeguard certified, and safety is always my top priority in any childcare setting. I'm experienced in handling multiple children at once, organizing age-appropriate games and activities, and maintaining a structured yet fun atmosphere. I also am super close with my sister who has 3 kids and they are my whole world! The are 7, 5 and almost 2! I would absolutely love caring for your family!
