About Haley

Over the past two and a half years, I've worked directly with elderly clients in their homes, providing compassionate, hands-on care tailored to their individual needs. My responsibilities included assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. I also offered companionship and emotional support, building strong, trusting relationships with both clients and their families. I've gained experience working with individuals facing various health conditions, including dementia, mobility challenges, and chronic illnesses. Ive also worked with clients with Down syndrome and autism. I pride myself on being patient, reliable, and attentive--not just meeting basic needs, but helping clients feel safe, respected, and comfortable in their own homes. Every day brought something different, and I learned how important it is to approach each situation with empathy and flexibility.
