About Halli

My name is Halli, I am 23 years old and I just recently moved here from Buffalo, NY! As an experienced childcare provider with over a decade of hands-on experience, I am passionate about fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children of all ages. My journey into childcare began when I stared babysitting at 12. From there, I have worked at summer camps as well as interned at an elementary school. My must recent job was at a residential facility where I worked with at-risk youth ages 12-18. This job changed my life and I plan on eventually returning to that field. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience, trust, and genuine care for each child's well-being. I believe in fostering open communication with children as well as parents, ensuring that I understand their expectations and concerns.
