About Hannah

I have been working with kids since 18. I am a recreation assistant at a park and have been running kids sports and activities for 4 years. Additionally, I have been researching and working with kids with autism for the past year. I believe in positive reinforcement and natural consequences. I am very patient and have never yelled at a kid. I have worked with ages 3-17 and believe in building kids confidence and life skills. I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, and confident I like working with kids because I love their creativity and curiosity about the world. I'm looking for a job that is flexible but consistent. I started working with kids when I was 18 in 2021 as a volunteer volleyball coach with kids 5-8. One thing you should know about me is I have Autism meaning I struggle understanding non verbal social cues. Autism is apart of who I am and I view it not as a weakness but one of my many traits. My skills include patience, flexibility, and adaptability.
