I posted a listing that was set to start on the 6th of Jan. After a very brief message exchange I marked her as hired. On the day of the 6th I messaged her at 7 am (job started at noon) and received no messages back. Well come noon she was a no call no show and has yet to message me back. My wife had to call out of work because of this.
