Hannah watched my 4 yr old for multiple weeks during the summer. Every day she brought creative craft ideas or had fun things to do with my kiddo. She quickly and efficiently deescalated situations when my child was frustrated. She found unique ways to get my kiddo to eat when she didn't want to. She was flexible and stayed a bit late when needed. She set us up for success so that we had extra food after she left (she hard boiled and peeled eggs and made muffins for us). She also was excited to babysit for both my kid and her best friend during a playdate. She was excellent, very experienced with kids, and stayed engaged the whole day. I would absolutely hire again.
