About Hannah

Hello! My name is Hannah, and I am a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with five years of experience in both long-term care facilities and private home settings. I am committed to supporting the physical, emotional, and daily living needs of seniors, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and respected at all times. My skills include assisting with daily activities, grooming and bathing, light housekeeping, mobility assistance and monitoring vitals. I also provide reliable transportation for medical appointments, errands, and social activities to support clients' independence and engagement.
