I have worked full-time with children with special needs for almost 6 years. I have extensive experience in nannying, babysitting, and teaching children's dance lessons. I'm passionate about supporting families and providing reliable care for children. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages and have experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. I value clear and open communication with parents and always follow their preferred method, whether it be through daily reports, phone calls, or texts. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and believe consistency is key in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. I hold a college degree and have completed coursework in early child development.
