With one year of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors, and providing families with reliable care. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular text or phone call updates, and by following their preferred method. Earning your trust is important to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I have some college education and CPR training. Knowing I can bring a little comfort and joy to someone's day makes this work incredibly rewarding.
