I'd describe my personality as outgoing, talkative and adventurous. I like working with kids because they allow me to tune into my inner child which allows them to be 100% themselves. I'm looking for a job that gives me flexibility and that gives me the freedom to be creative while also having effective communication. I started working with kids about four years ago professionally. I am the eldest of five, the second oldest being 11 and the youngest being 4, so I've had a lot of at home experience as well! In my spare time, I like to go on hikes, roller skate, and read books. I at least have to hike once a week, so I get my grounding time in nature. One thing you should know about me is I am an open communicator. I love having transparency with my families to ensure that everybody feels comfortable. My skills include preparing meals, coming up with fun creative games, and constantly finding things that keep the children engaged.
