About Hayden

Hello! My name is Hayden, and I've been involved in part-time child care for several years. I spent two years working at a daycare, and have also provided private child care for families. I genuinely enjoy working with kids and take pride in creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can learn, explore, and express themselves freely. Fostering creativity, curiosity, and kindness is at the heart of my approach. Whether it's through crafts, outdoor play, or educational activities, I love encouraging children to think independently and discover the world around them. I'm also currently pursuing a Ph. D. in Marine Science, and I often find joy in sharing my passion for the ocean and the natural world in fun and age-appropriate ways. Helping children connect with nature and develop a sense of wonder about the Earth is something I care deeply about. I'm reliable, patient, and committed to making every interaction meaningful and enriching for the children in my care.
