With over a decade of experience in childcare, I've honed my skills in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to thrive. I provide daily written reports, engage in verbal communication during pickup, and offer regular updates via text or phone calls to ensure that parents are well-informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead and work in partnership with them to maintain a consistent and structured environment for the child.
