I'm a Registered Nurse with a college degree, and I also have current CPR and First Aid Training. My approach is patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping and mobility, and manage medications. I keep families informed through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with those I care for.
