Unfortunately, my experience with Hayley was very disappointing. We had scheduled an in-person interview, but she never showed up and did not communicate with me to cancel or reschedule. Reliability and communication are extremely important when it comes to childcare, and this lack of professionalism makes me unable to recommend her services.
