My name is Heather, and I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education and Sociology from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). I'm about to begin my fourth year as a full-time teacher. I've taught First Grade for one year, Second Grade for two, and I'm excited to be moving into Kindergarten this upcoming school year. Prior to becoming a full-time teacher, I gained experience across all elementary grade levels (K-5) as a substitute teacher. In addition to teaching, I spend my summers working at a camp I've been part of since 2016. I started as a counselor and gradually took on more leadership responsibilities over the years. This summer marks my second year as the Camp's Director-a role I'm incredibly proud of and passionate about.
