About Heather

Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past six years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors as a Certified Nursing Assistant and four years as a Home Health Aide. My goal is to help them maintain their independence and well-being. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I also provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and do light housekeeping. I prioritize earning your trust and I'm patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following your preferred method. I have some college experience, and I am current in CPR and First Aid. Knowing I can bring a little comfort and peace of mind to your family makes this work truly rewarding for me.
