About Heather

I'd describe my personality as friendly, compassionate, and bubbly. I like working with kids because I find it rewarding to be one of the first people to make a difference in a child's life. I also like providing peace of mind to parents when they trust me with little ones in my hands. I'm looking for a job that allows me the flexibility to take care of my family, unlike a regular job, but rewards me by helping another family with my services. I started working with kids when I was 13 by babysitting for family and friends. When I was 23, I became a substitute teacher for a preschool in Arkansas. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my daughter and travel. One thing about me is I will always go above and beyond to help the families I work with. My skills include communication, reliability, and compassion.
