About Heather

Hi! I'm Heather - a mom of two boys, ages 3 and 1. In the fall I completed childcare courses in early childhood development, curriculum planning, medication administration, and working with children with disabilities. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. In college, I nannied for a family with four elementary-aged kids (including twins) and volunteered in an after-school program tutoring and supervising students. With my own boys, we love being outside, reading, singing, and making art. I believe in learning through play and creating a calm, safe, and fun environment. I'm looking for a weekday position, part- or full-time. I would need to bring my toddlers with me, which I see as a great opportunity for socialization. I can be available for evenings, weekends, or overnights as needed. My pay rate is negotiable.
