Hello, my name is Heidi and I am 25 years old. I recently completed a two-year role as a full-time caregiver for a family with three young children, including an infant, a 2-year-old, and a 4-year-old. I worked 40+ hours per week, providing attentive care and ensuring the children's well-being. My responsibilities included preparing nutritious meals, organizing developmentally appropriate activities, and managing the children's schedules, which involved coordinating playdates, Storytime, and music classes. Additionally, I assisted with light household duties such as folding laundry, tidying up, and helping with meal prep to support the family's daily needs. Previous to this I worked in a day-care facility in the infant room, caring for 4 infants at a time alone. I am currently in school to become a doula.

Heidi worked with our family full-time for nearly two years, caring for our three children (all under the age of 5!). Words can’t express how immensely she helped our family, but I will give it my best! She was consistently reliable and trustworthy - always on time, rarely took a sick day, highly aware of my kids safety. She paid careful attention to instructions, but was also competent and confident enough to make a decision when needed. Highly communicative and a person of high integrity. What I appreciated most was how attuned she always was to the needs of my kids and our home. Heidi always adjusted and adapted how she engaged based on their personalities, mood(s) that day, etc, as well as where they were developmentally. She is fun and playful and very energetic, but also can be comforting and create a calm environment when needed. My kids ADORE her and we miss her immensely!
