Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for. As a Certified Home Health Aide with three years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I create a comfortable environment and adapt to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations through redirection and incorporating memory care activities. I provide light housekeeping and meal preparation, too. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, following their preferred method.
