About Helien

Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past 11 years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate care to seniors and adults in need, offering respite care, hospice services, home health support, and more. I assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility, and physical activity. I also have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion related to dementia. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing verbal updates and written reports. I value and respect each person's independence. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have some college experience. I truly believe caregiving is more than a job; it's about providing the care, help, and love every individual deserves.
