For over a decade, I have dedicated myself to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My experiences in previous care roles have solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, I provide respite care, run errands, handle light housekeeping, prepare meals, and offer mobility assistance. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with care. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
