We are so lucky to have found Hiwot! My mother had a serious fall and needed someone to help her getting around, finding her way to the dining room in her retirement community, making sure she takes her medication, and most importantly helping ensure that she does not accept alcohol at dinner from other guests. This was not an easy/comfortable situation to navigate, but Hiwot has done it with so much grace and kindness and expert diplomacy. My mother was very resistant to having someone around, but she took to Hiwot very quickly and accepts her help. My family considers Hiwot a "rock star." Hiwot is super smart, extremely kind and gentle, trustworthy, and just a lovely person to have around if you or your loved one needs some support. I can't recommend her highly enough.
