For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care for adults and seniors. My experiences in previous care roles solidified my desire to positively impact lives and support families by offering reliable assistance. I have been a Respiratory Therapist for almost 15 years. I am also CPR/BLS, and ACLS certified. I'm known for my empathetic nature and professional approach. I prioritize understanding individual preferences and personal histories to build strong connections with those I care for. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities as needed. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I can also assist with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping.
