I have 37
plus years of working with the elderly. I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 15 years at Resurrection Nursing Home in Castleton, NY. Throughout these 37 plus years I did in home care as well. I have done hospice care, in the nursing home, their own home and the hospital. Following that, I worked as a Patient Care Technician in the Emergency Room at SHl in Troy, NY for 12 years as well as a Registration Associate for the Emergency Room for the last 2 years that I was there. I am certified in basic life support, and I am a non-smoker. I would love to take care of your family member and provide help with ADL meals, ambulating, companionship, transportation, and or help where ever needed.

I cannot say enough how wonderful Holly is! She cared for my parents,both of whom suffered from alzheimers/dementia. She's kind,caring,and thoughtful. It was a great comfort to me knowing my parents were in good hands when I wasn't there. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for us.

Holly helped take care of my mother with Alzheimer's/dementia.  She is an extremely nice, patient and caring woman with my mom, who because of dementia, can sometimes be difficult.  She did overnights with mom because of wandering concerns.  Holly made meals, and did lite cleaning for mom as well as other activities of daily living. If you're looking for a loving, compassionate and patient caregiver, Holly would be your choice!  She cared for my mother who had Alzheimer's and Lewy Body Dementia for a little over a year (until my mother passed) and she was absolutely wonderful with her.  Holly was always kind, conscientious, respectful and attentive!  My father and I had full confidence in Holly and could leave the house worry-free when she was caring for my mother.  Holly has excellent communication skills, a sunny personality and a positive attitude!  She calmly and effectively handled many difficult situations including my mother's anxiety, sun-downing, hallucinations, resistance to eating food and taking pills, seizures and a heart attack!  We were so blessed to have Holly taking care of my mother!  She is truly a loving and caring person who loved my mother and became part of our family!  I would definitely hire Holly again if I had the need!

Holly provided daytime and overnight care for my mother in law who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Recently mom passed away, & as we reflect on her life and our loss, we are so grateful for her caregivers. Holly was part of a team of 3 individuals who took care of mom, providing direct day services, overnight weekend services and a combination of both, to allow us to travel & even go on vacation with our children. Holly connected with the rest of the team, even working out schedules with them, making sure mom had 24 hour care while we were away. 
Holly loved mom, and she will always be family. Mom required all aspects of personal care to stay clean & healthy. Mom needed lots of time & attention to eat & drink, with lots of choices offered to interest her. Mom also needed light support as she walked & towards the end, transitioning to a wheel chair. Holly provided excellent care across all areas of need with kindness, compassion, & most of all, patience. She is amazing!

Holly became part of our family.  Did above and beyond by not only taking care of my mother, but did house work also.  Holly fixed my mother lunch after retrieving her from her dialysis treatments, she even sometimes brought my mother to doctor appointments when I couldn't.   Holly is a great chose for a caregiver and I am proud to say that she is still a part of my life as my mother transitioned.  Hire her.

Holly has great communication skills, especially in regards to difficult and argumentative people. She has a way of staying consistently calm and neutral, which helps when working with our parents; especially my dad who can be argumentative and my mom who has moderate dementia, by the end of the day she has them both laughing and joking. She loves her job and it shows in her dedication to her clients both the individuals she cares for and their families.

Holly has cared for my mom, who has Alzheimer's and can be difficult.  Holly always remained calm and reassuring.  I would, and do, call Holly with confidence any time I need a caregiver for my mother.

She is a very kind person, she treats her clients like they are family. Always flexible and reliable.
