My travel schedule can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy, but she is always ready, reliable, and incredibly helpful whenever I need her. She treats Bear-boo like her own, constantly sending photos and updates so I know he’s happy and well cared for. We even had a scary incident when Bear-boo developed acute pancreatitis, and Hope handled it with such calm professionalism. She acted immediately, got him the care he needed, and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to her, he recovered beautifully. Bear-boo is now 12 years old, and I can honestly say he couldn’t be in better hands. Hope’s home is his second home, and the love and attention she gives him gives me total peace of mind when I’m away. She’s simply the best!
