About Hushmi

Hi, my name is Hushmi! I'd love to have the opportunity to work with your family. I like tutoring because I love math, and I find it meaningful to be able to help people accomplish their goals. I started tutoring when I finished college as a way to continue using my math knowledge. In my spare time, I like to watch television and movies, read, and draw. I just started a masters program in math, so I am working on my own homework, too! One thing you should know about me is I believe in the potential of all students, and I know that comfort and patience play as important a role in success as subject-matter expertise. My skills include understanding problems in multiple ways, thinking methodically, and lots of experience with the material. I have a bachelors in math and many years of experience tutoring students of all ages.
