About Ian

Hi, I'm Ian. I first learned about caregiving by helping my grandmother - my Jajja, in my Ugandan family - and it taught me how much care lives in the small things: good meals, safe movement, and shared stories. Now, as an Uber driver, I find the same fulfillment helping older riders feel comfortable and heard. I'm hoping to bring that same patience and kindness into more hands-on caregiving, offering reliable support and genuine companionship. Outside of caregiving, I'm also a professional musician. If music happens to be an interest for someone I'm caring for, I'd be glad to share that as a positive point of connection - whether that means listening together, talking about favorite songs, or simply enjoying the presence that music brings.
