I hired Idealya to care for my elderly mother. The day she was scheduled to start she texted with 90 minutes notice (6:30 am) that she would not be able to come as she had a shift to work somewhere else. Sadly, I wasn't able to find someone on such short notice, and my mother was left stranded, waiting for her in bed. I definitely cannot recommend her.
