Ileana watched my daughter from the ages of 4 to 7 months and she was fantastic. She was a quick learner and I never had to ask her to do the same thing twice. She arrived on time every day and never had an issue with having to stay later to help out. Her demeanor was always calm and that not only made me feel comfortable but my baby feel as well. I couldn't recommend Ileana enough.
