About Iliana

I'm a positive and fun person with over 13 years of experience working with kids of all ages - from 3-month-old babies to middle schoolers. I started babysitting seriously in high school and quickly became the go-to sitter in my neighborhood. Since then, I've done everything from weekly after-school pickups and date nights to 3-day overnights. I studied psychology in college and spent three summers as a camp counselor. I genuinely love working with kids - encouraging their curiosity, helping them navigate the world, and supporting them through big emotions with compassion and patience. I believe kids deserve to be treated with the same respect and care we expect as adults, and I always aim to meet them where they are. I'm reliable, friendly, and truly enjoy working with kids.
